Your funding may cover a wide range of services traditionally funded by Medicaid. Now that many states are developing broadly defined "personal supports" service categories that permit self-determination under the currently operating community-based waivers, you may have access to new pathways to independent living, including home modifications, accessible vehicle modifications, assistive technology, or communication devices.
