Our Service Brokers are professionals and paraprofessionals. Together we have fifty years of experience with people who have developmental disabilities and traumatic brain injuries. Salt Lake ACT collaborates with dozens of community agencies to help link people with community services including:
- Mental health supports
- Medical care and equipment
- Entitlements such as SSI and Medicaid
- Supported employment services and programs
- Training for safety/abuse issues
- Housing assistance programs
- Problem solving for individual needs
- Activities
- Behavior management assistance
- Special Education programs and IEP’s
